H.M.Club's CONTEST EXTENTION

This club is for anyone that loves the brilliant anime/manga master! We are new and looking for willing persons for membership and art hosting!!!!



WHATS HAPPENIN'
H.M.C.'s 1ST CONTEST:!::!::!::!::!::!:
yes i know all 13 of ya have been waiting for this!!!!! I'm proud to annouce that we're going to be having Hayao-Miyazaki-Club DA ID Contest!! All i ask is everyone be creative, have fun and send in ur ID entries!!! Only one entry per user, please!!! If u send us another entry it will replace ur first, and so on.  U can use any medium u wish when creating this deviation, but make sure it has something to do with Hayao Miyazaki or one of his many works of art! I would personally like for the members to vote on thier fav entry, but since we are still quite small, I will be choosing the lucky winner! The winner will earn in return for thier hard work, the honorable title of "Member of the Month" and have a section on this very journal dedicated to them and thier work and everything else (From whatever publicity u want for ur userpage and deviations to thier life story if they wish)!!!

since only one entry has been submitted to me, the contest deadline will be extended to July 1st. so please, members- someone- send in another entry.... i'm only begging becuase even tho i'm very happy with chrizzyfurr's entry, i would like to see for more participation... ya know? btw since this is the only entry sofar, i decided to post it in our gallery, that way all the members get to see her entry as well!!!!

*EDIT* sorryabout the delays on posting contest entries, i've been unavailable for the past week... but never to fear, i'm back!!!!!!1 *grin*

besides the contest, right now things are kinda slow... we have only been in existance for over a month, and we currently have 13 members and 8 affiliates!!!!!  maybe memberships and such will pick up soon! we'll just have to wait and see... if any of u guys ahve any idas on how to boost awareness of this group here at DA let me know!!!  *thumbs up*

JOINING H.M.C.
To become a member, just send a note to the club with something like "join" in the subject. You can have HM fanart already, or not, we'll gladly have you anyway! If you don't recieve a note from me within a week, let me know!!!! Posting our avatar in ur journal and devwatching us is also a requirement!!! Write : iconHayao-Miyazaki-Club : without spaces, and it will look like this:

Due to rules here at Deviantart, H.M.Club can not any member's art to our favourites. So if ur work as be a favouirite and THEN u become a member, we will remove that particular favourite. U are then welcome to submit that deviation to us to share in our club with all our members and many others here at DA



FANART SUBMISSIONS
To submit H.M. fanart, just send me a note with "submission" in the title and in the body of that note have ur the link to the deviantion that you'd like me to post. If it hasnt been posted to DA previously then email the image to me @ sailormishi@yahoo.com.
